PNX-Udenna Insurance Brokers, Inc., a Davao City-based company, previously known as Udenna Insurance Agency, Inc., was incorporated in the Philippines and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on September 5, 2006. The Company is presently engaged in and carrying on the business of or act as insurance broker of any domestic and/or foreign companies, as the Philippine laws may allow, for the purpose of carrying on any all objectives and purposes for which the Company is created.
