PNX-Udenna Insurance Brokers, Inc., a Davao City-based company, previously known as Udenna  Insurance Agency, Inc., was incorporated in the Philippines and registered with the Securities and Exchange  Commission (SEC) on September 5, 2006.

The Company is presently engaged in and carrying on the business of or act as insurance broker of any domestic and/or foreign companies, as the Philippine laws may allow, for the  purpose of carrying on any and all objectives and purposes for which the Company is created. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Udenna Management & Resources Corp. (UMRC or the Parent Company), a company  incorporated and domiciled in the Philippines.

The Company’s principal office address is located at Stella Hizon Reyes Road, Barrio Pampanga, Davao City while its business address is located at Bays 5&6, 6th Floor Bormaheco Bldg. J.P Laurel Ave, Davao City 8000 PNX-Udenna Insurance Brokers, Inc. (PUIBI) was created mainly to serve the insurance requirements of the Udenna Group of Companies with initial premium production of less than PhP 50.00M.

In 2014, after getting our broker’s license, production increased to PhP 124.00M and with the group’s  diversification in 2016 we are expected to produce more than PhP 200.00M not  only from the group but other clients too.
